Free Shipping

Eligibility: Orders being delivered to a US address are eligible for free shipping when you purchase two or more items at retail price. We determine the best shipping method based on your order’s size and weight.

For smaller items like CBD tinctures or lotions, we typically use bubble mailers—lightweight padded envelopes lined with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delays may extend beyond the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.

We kindly ask for your patience as packages make their way to you. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (listed below). While we strive to process orders on Saturdays when possible, we also value our weekends to spend time with family, friends, and nature.

Package Protection

We offer optional package protection during checkout for a small percentage of your cart value. This service provides coverage in cases of theft or loss, particularly for packages marked as “delivered” but not received.

We strongly recommend purchasing package protection, as standard carrier insurance does not cover incidents such as porch theft.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we will only reship the order if package protection was purchased. In the event of a theft, we may require a valid police report to process the claim.

Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, with real-time rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. No additional handling or packaging fees are charged.

Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Most orders are handed over to USPS or UPS within 24 hours of being placed.

Estimated Delivery: Please note that the shipping times quoted during checkout do not include the time it takes us to process your order. While USPS and UPS are generally reliable, they do not guarantee delivery times, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Refused Packages
If a package is refused or not accepted upon delivery, a refund will be issued once the package is returned to us, minus any shipping costs incurred. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the shipping label we paid will be deducted from the refund.

Signature Confirmation
For added security, we may require signature confirmation on certain orders at our discretion. This ensures that your package is not left unattended, reducing the risk of theft. If you have any concerns regarding signature confirmation, please contact us before placing your order.
